Disappointing!

I've been loyal to my Nyx micro brow pencil for the past year, but I thought I'd give this one a try because it was on sale at Shoppers a couple weeks ago. It seemed like a good deal, considering it comes with a pencil, powder, and brow mascara all in one. Unfortunately, none of those elements is very good. The pencil part is my favourite; it's like the micro brow, but thicker, so you can't get the precise strokes that the other product gives you. The powder...I just don't understand. You open it and chalky powder flies up everywhere, and you try putting it on your brows but dust just falls on your face. Totally useless. The mascara is terrible, too. It's a darker shade than the pencil and powder, so it doesn't give you a natural look, and the wand is small so you can't get the right angle. I also don't like the shape of the bristles; it holds onto too much liquid so you end up applying too much of it on your brows. Just skip this one.

Disappointing

I just bought from this Shoppers Drug Mart last week, was exited and had such high hopes of getting the perfect brows. Pure disappointment, I should have done my homework and read some reviews 1st.
Firstly, I have dark brown hair, I bought the brunette shade and on the box the color was similar to my hair color. This color is so dark, when I use the powder/sponge end it fills my brows in black and it's also too big, I am not able to get a small precise application. The pencil part is very brittle and as I use it, it's like it's shrinking in my hand, I don't think it's going to last long, either it's going to break off and crumble or it's going to be used up after a weeks use. Lastly the wand is too big/long for me to use, it's just awkward to use and it's very watery, leaving a wet look. I was really let down by this product, I am normally a fan of Nyx and do like a lot of their products, but this huge brow mechanism is a big disappointment, Take my advise and save yourself the $17- (that's what I paid at Shoppers)

I was excited to try this considering I love most other NYX products but WOW... it was bad. There wasn't even one thing I liked about it. The color was way off of what it said too.

Unsatisfied Woman on a Budget

As a woman living on a low budget, it's important for me to be able to find products that are affordable and also have medium-good quality in their performance. The 'NYX 3-in-1 Brow Pencil' did not live up to either of my standards.

Initially I thought the $16 price was reasonable, despite it being the most expensive of the NYX pencils I saw. 'It must be,' I thought, 'It's 3-in-1 afterall!' So I brought it home and excitedly reached for it while doing my makeup the next morning, as giddy as I always am to try new stuff.

First I tried the liner. This was the least disapointing part of the product. It was thicker than I would have prefered but it did it's job. Simple, how it should be.

Second, I used the powder. I have to tell you it was absolute crap. On my first round of applying not much came on my eyebrows at all. On further application my eyebrows began looking cakey and fake. I was pretty turned off on using it further at this point but I imagined the mascara might somehow even out the ugly texture created from the powder.

So I unscrewed the mascara compartment and glided the brush across my powdered cake eyebrows. It did not even out the texture but instead added an ugly layer of clumpy grease.

So my eyebrows came out resembling slugs a little too much for my liking. I would have saved money and have been much happier buying a different pencil, Which brings me to my conclusion; I do NOT reccomend this product except maybe for my enemies.
