this mascara gives volume to my eyelashes, it makes my eyes look so much bigger. it's easy to use, doesn't cause any lumps. love the packaging and the price

Not clumpy

My favourite thing about this mascara is that it does not smudge or transfer onto my eyes because I tend to get racoon eyes even with waterproof ones. It's really light so I have to apply a few coats to get it nice and long, but the eyelashes stay thin and not clumpy. I find this mascara is good for length, but there's no volume.

Nyx in general makes good products, their doll eye mascara is one of my favorite products by them. It's a light weight formula, and when it's on it doesn't feel like anything's there, exactly what I want from a mascara. However, it is a little harder to take off. But, it makes it worth it for the effect I get on my eyes.

I bought NYX Doll Eye mascara in waterproof black. The brush tip is quite small and I wish it was bigger. It did not create as much volume as I would like. The mascara is definitely not waterproof as labelled. I had raccoon eyes. I will not buy this again as I prefer a true waterproof mascara.

I really wanted to love this mascara because I feel like it is hyped up but I found it really did not do much for me. It flakes and my lashes fell after a few hours.

I love NYX mascara's, very creamy formula and love the extreme black. It adds drama to the eyes.They have pretty decent products for fair price, must try.

Defiantly makes eyelashes look longer! I wouldn't consider it much of a voluminous mascara though! The fibres never flake off which is good.

Love this mascara. lengthens and thickens your lashes like doll's lashes.

NYX Doll Eye Mascara in Volume is something that everyone who has NYX Cosmetics available to them must try! This mascara is very black and very volumizing! I love it so much that I refuse to use any other type of mascara. It doesn't smudge or run at all, and it lasts all day long. It makes my lashes look like they are fake, but really, they aren't. I encourage everyone to try this mascara, I think it is an underrated product!

Some background info about me: I have pretty average eyelashes that are a little bit on the sparse side but also slightly longer than average, especially for an asian. You would think I would go for something to bump up the volume of my lashes but I am absolutely in love with the super long eyebrow skimming look that many mascaras promise, but fail to deliver. NYX Doll Eyes Long Lash is NOT one of my disappointments. It makes my eyelashes ridiculously long and the first time I wore them out, all my friends and family noticed and I've gotten quite a few people thinking I was wearing falsies. I do wish it had a little bit more volumizing effect to it, but that's not what it promises to do anyways. My only complaint with this mascara is that it makes my eyelashes fall out quite a bit more than other mascaras ever have. Might be a coincident with my eyelashes' natural life cycle, but just thought I should point that out. No mascara has even come close to its lengthening effect though! At only $10 CAN, it's definitely worth a try!
