I received this in an Ipsy bag. I thought I'd like it, but the shadow was not a very pigmented formula. I use it for adding to a color but not alone

These shadows have brilliant shine and shimmer. The store where I got mine only had neutral colours, which was sad because they would be awesome in vibrant colours. This products lasted a long time on my eyes, which made me happy since I only paid 4.00 for the product.
