Scratchy applicator, sometimes is white (not clear)

I was not impressed with this product. I have used brow setters in the past, and find them helpful from time to time, but I would not recommend this one. The applicator is tiny, which is good for precision, but also scratches my skin when applying. The product is white and is supposed to clear up, but doesn't always if it has gone on too thick, so I would have to be very careful to check for white spots. Also, I do not understand the role of the cannabis sativa which seems very gimmicky to me.
