Not what I was expecting

Radiant = awkward oily looking shing skin ...
I was not a fan of this product, it didnt do anything for my pores, made my face very oily and shiny, as the day when on it got worse and worse ! The product its self felt nice on the skin and is very lightweight. Wouldn't no recommend for people with already oily skin.

Prepare to become a walking disco ball

To preface, I really really wanted to like this line of products. I've been looking for more "natural" products lately, as I typically wear a fair bit of amount of makeup on a daily basis (foundation, eyebrows, contour, the works...). I should also mention that I have large pores and oily skin. So, while my hopes were high, the reality was that this product would likely never work for someone like me, even if the quality was there. Unfortunately, the first problem with this product was that it was a bottle full of glitter. I understand the idea that NYX aimed to achieve, but I don't think it was properly executed. Oily or not, this product is not refined enough like similar products by their competition: Glossier, etc. to achieve the glowy, sunkissed look. After the initial application dried down, I felt like a walking disco ball. It's hard to say whether there was "shimmer" shinning through my foundation, but what I can say is that my oil was definitely peaking through within the first 3-4 hours. Overall, this product didn't live up to my expectations unfortunately. You may have better luck with products from other companies to get that sunkissed glow.

Not the primer for me!

I love NYX and I was hoping for the best with this product. Unfortunately it did not live up to the standards of higher end products the way most of NYX's other products do. At first glance this primer is tinted a bronze colour and has a luminescence to it. For my combination skin adding any kind of shine is not ideal so I could tell by just looking this wasn't the primer for me. It is texturized as a moisterizer and goes on as such. I applied after I washed my face and used my everyday light day cream. Putting it on was easy and a little bit covered my whole face. The tint to the product wasn't nice on me and neither was the pearly shine it added. (The package says it can be worn underneath makeup or on its own) This is a product I would never be able to wear on it's own. I let it settle into my skin for a minute and then applied my medium coverage liquid foundation overtop. My foundation did not sit nicely on this product and it started to pill off around my nose and eyes. There is nothing worse then a primer that pills. I was super dissapointed overall with this product. ( I recieved this for free to review)
