Yuck

I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I hated this primer. It was chunky and didn’t work well with my foundation at all. I am oily skinned and this primer had my foundation sliding off

Consistency was really bad

Upon opening the item, the primer is clumping. When applied to the skin, it was really oily and does not seem to blend well with the skin. The product seems expired.

Chunky :(

I’m not sure if I maybe got a dud, or an one off, however this primer did NOT pass the vibe check. It came out like old milk in a tube. It was super chunky, and old looking. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe that was just how it was… it immediately flaked off my skin and did not soak into my pores like normal primer does. Do not recommend.

First of all, this stuff "spatters" out of the bottle, rather than coming out smoothly. To me it didn't feel nice on my skin it felt greasy and I that's not what I want in a primer

What is this

I’m so old to wearing makeup I don’t even know how to use this I tried goggle that’s what for me to wear it. Now I know how an love it. I’m learning more about how to apply it properly.

Fail

For me, it's a failure. I love Nyx, but this primer has an unpleasant texture that is difficult to put on the fingers to apply it. When the product keeps falling out when I try to put it on, that's a bad sign. In addition, I did not find the blurring effect I expected. My pores were still very visible and bothered me.

Consistency was all wrong

Usually I love NYX products but this one felt wrong from the get go. Maybe the chemistry of the product was affected by the cold or something in transport but when I squeezed it into my hands it was all crumbly. I tried to apply it anyway but it didn't spread and I actually think it made my pores more visible. When I applied foundation on top I was disappointed I didn't have a more smooth look on my face.

Pore Filler

I received NYX Pore Filler Primer & I will admit I didn't use it as I have sensitive skin & it came out very chunky & when you shake the container it sounds like a hard clump inside so I wasn't sure if the cold may have had an impact or not.

Clumpy primer

The primer comes out in clumps and it isn't even filled half way. The product is definitely hard to get out and looks nasty. I would have liked a more cream base.

No no no

I received this as a complimentary tester and As I’m so grateful I’m truly disappointed. Maybe it was just MINE but it came out in clumbs, it made a mess everywhere when I tried to get it on my fingers. I still used it and it was smooth going on my face it didn’t hold my product at all, even without a mask the product was so losing everywhere which wouldn’t happen if I had a good primer! Hopefully it was just my defected one.
