Lip creams are my favorite

I received this product free from ChickAdvisor for testing. I LOVE the NYX lip creams and I've used them for a few years now. The formula is great, it goes on matte and doesn't transfer which I love! The shade Stockholm however wasnt flattering on my skintone. It seemed rather light and pale for me. Other than that these lip creams are amazing and I would definitely recommend it to all.

Soft & Matte for sure!!

Thank you to chickadvisor for allowing me to try this for free. I’ve been using soft matte lip creams for years now, but I have to say they aren’t my personal favourite. Opinions aside, I feel like the formulation of this Lip product is great, it’s lightweight, it really is soft (silky) and it’s matte but in a way it’s still Hydrating- and it does transfer a little. So it most definitely lives up to its name!! It’s just not a lip formulation I reach for on the daily.

Pretty as a Peach

I'm a sucker for matte lipsticks to begin with so this pretty peach was calling my name! I am a little disappointed that it left my lips almost a bit chapped from drying them out, as that can happen with matte lipstick. It has a smooth application and it's a good pocket size, though I'm not sure how long it will actually last.

Not Bad

This liquid lipstick has great colour and pigment. It also stays on the lips for a decent time. Though I would not exactly recommend it as a long-lasting and hydrating matte lipstick as it does crack your lips up if they are not very hydrated which will cause the lipstick to get off. Despite, the product is worth giving a try since this line of lipsticks has very nice colours.

Good product

Great product with amazing colour payoff, definitely recommend for people who like bolder pinky colours and would like a small lip product to carry around in their purse, ideal for travelling with since its very compact. The matte finish of this product is very hydrating unlike other matte lipsticks :)

Has a wide range of colours

I've tried this product in multiple colours and it has always applied well as it's nice and pigmented. The application of it is pretty easy as the stick with the thing sponge/felt tip is fairly small. It is matte but it is not too too drying like other brands out there.

Great lip product

I tried NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Copenhagen. It applies smoothly. This line has a nice range of colours to choose from. The product is comfortable on my lips and is nice and moist. The pigmentation is good. However, I found it needs to be reapplied as it wears off.

Great Shade Selection and Texture

This was my favorite lip product growing up. It's halfway between a lipstick and a liquid lipstick, and the fluffy texture smoothes over lip lines making for a smooth application everytime. While it does transfer and need to be reapplied, the price and the shade range is exceptional.

Doesn't feel dry like other matte lipsticks

This is one of the better matte liquid lip products I've used. It gives a great, even colour, and doesn't feel really dry on your lips like some do.

It's not perfect though so it's not my go-to liquid lipstick. The reason it doesn't feel dry on your lips is because it takes a while longer to dry than most liquid lipsticks do, so there is plenty of opportunity for it to either smudge or come off entirely if you eat/drink/kiss something.

You do have to reapply this quite a few times throughout the day as it doesn't survive eating anything. And given that the tube is a little bit on the smaller size, I do wonder how long a tube of this will last.

A very nice lipstick formula

I do have a few of these from the Sugar Trip Lippie Vault and the Sugar Trip Advent Calendar. The formula is really nice, lasts a long while, doesn't dry out your lips badly, and has a nice shade range. The drawbacks are I found some shades need a few coats for full coverage (Kiev for example) and it bleeds a bit. Both can be helped and remedied with a lip liner.
