I just got one of those today in shade 'Tokyo', I gotta tell you I'm one of those people who are obsessed with pale pink/nude shades, and 'Tokyo' is definitely one of those shades again. However normally I'm going more with lip glosses and other glossy products, today I decided to try out matte.
This lip cream is great, I totally see what all the raving is about, it goes on very smooth and buttery without drying out your lips and the smell is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
The only downside is that if you're like me and you have slightly dry lips this shade will probably accentuate it, make sure to exfoliate before you use it! However I think that with darker shades there's no problem.

Decided to buy this because it was a dupe for the Kylie lip kit and I absolutely love it. Once it's dried the colour doesn't move around! Great matte feel but you could place gloss over it for a smoother feel.

I did really like this when I purchased this. It was very affordable and I really like the scent as well. The only thing I did not like about this is that I had to reapply it after about 4 hrs. Otherwise, it went on smooth and creamy and I loved most of the colours. Will buy again.

i really like the nyx matte lip cream. they have really nice color selection. i have the stockholm one now and its a really nice nude color. it is very matte when applying so beware of that and if you have really dry lips i would recommend putting some lip chap or moisturizer on before applying because it goes on very matte just like it says.

My main problem with this product is that it's never in stock! As any matte would it has a fair amount of drying. The color is beautiful and it's is extremely long lasting.

I bought the color stockholm and got a lot of compliments. Its pigmented and feels soft. However, after a few hours, we could see all the lines of my lips so be sure to exfoliate well and put lip balm before using.

Always wanted to try a matte lip gloss, so i finally purchased one. I really love this color on me.. I always get compliments. My only con about this is that they're always out of stock. It drys really nice and i can't say anything bad.. i love it.

this is by far my favorite lip color! It's just so pretty on the lips and they have a great selection of color. It holds well on the lips but you will have to reapply if you eat. For a matte lip product, i think it doesn't increase so much your lip wrinkle.

I personally found some of the colours to be hit or miss. My personal favourite is Abu Dhabi, a perfect everyday nude shade. I found with a thin layer of lip balm prevented my lips from drying out. These lip creams are a great value if you can catch them on sale.

I've been a loyal SMLC sucker since it first launched because its formula works like wonder for my lips. Despite other reviews who says the formula doesn't do a good job and it makes lip very dry, it works the opposite for me. Tokyo shade is like other formula I've been using (london, addis ababa, istanbul, monte carlo) it doesn't dry my lips and gives a good coverage, intensity is good and for my yellow NC25 skin it gives my brighter image! Love SMLC and definitely repurchase!
