Smudge City

I bought this twice because I didn't remember it the first time but after the first reappply, i remembered now why i did not like it or why it was not memorable! It smudges insanely! WIthin an hour, i look like a raccoon! I now need to remember how much i dislike it so i dont buy it for the third time! lol
