Hated This
Nope, big nope for me. It is too sheer & emphasizes any dry patches on your skin. May work if you have oily skin & like a sheer foundation but if you have dry or combo leaning dry, I would stay away from this.
Not good for oily skin
I find this too oily- eventhough I bought it in the winter months when my skin was dry. And I don't find that it "switches" to your actual shade. This has a lot of shades but I didn't find a match. Not recommended.
did not workout for me
To be honest i Love NYX products and i really tried my best to like this foundation but it didn't work out for me. i saw everyone on social media using this foundation and loving it so i bought it too. however, when i first tried the foundation it looked really patchy and didn't sit well on my skin.
then i thought i should try with different face oils and primers but i failed again. every time i applied it the foundation looked really patchy but i didn't wanted to give up because its so light weight, matte and affordable... basically perfect for summer.
i still kept the foundation with me, if you have any suggestions pleas advise me (side note: my skin is not dry atm.)
I honestly was not impressed with this the girl at the store told me that it had good coverage I found it oily a tad also did not have full coverage at all maybe 20% coverage if that I also honestly was not impressed with this the girl at the stole told me that it had good coverage I thought it oily a tad also did not have full coverage at all maybe 20% coverage if that
This foundation I had such high hopes for. First of all for $15.99 the bottle is way too small. I'd have to repurchase every two weeks. On top of that, youre suppose to be able to pick your coverage. I personally use full, it said 4+ drops for full. I used 5, and it didn't get anywhere near full coverage or even go all over my face./
I was super excited to try NYX Total Control Drop Foundation. It recommended using the brush, which I purchased. It said to use 3-4 drops for full coverage. I had to use more like 6. Applying it with the brush was a disaster. It was streaking and very hard to blend. So, I tried using a makeup sponge and it did blend much better but you had to use a lot of product. After letting it set for about 30 seconds and continuing to blend it did look much better. NYX Total Control Drop Foundation
