disappointing

This protein bar contains 200 calories, 14 grams of protein, and 7 grams of fibre. When you open up the wrapper, it looks and smells promising with a layer of chocolate covering the bar. Unfortunately, this protein bar is very hard to bite into and I could barely taste the coconut. The one point that really turned me off this protein bar is the fishy aftertaste. I am not planning on buying this bar again.

Strong fishy taste for a protein bar

I was disappointed when I tried this bar this morning, it has a very fishy taste and was not good at all. I have been eating a variety of protein bars lately and this one is at the bottom of my list.

I have been taking Omega 3 fish oil capsules for over 10 years, so I am used to the occasional fish burp and it doesn't bother me anymore, but this bar is like eating fish burps over and over. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.
