O.B. Tampons Reviews:
These are ok to use when you have nothing else on hand. I do prefer to have the applicator for a cleaner easier application.
They are not expensive at all.
This product is not for me, I just cann't seem to get them in far enough because they don't have the applicator, ortop of that I don't understand how woman manage to get them all the way in during heavy flow without making a mess on themselves and in the bathroom. This product definitely isn't for me.
These are the cheapest tampons - likely because of the lack of applicator. I am not a fan - it makes them messy, uncomfortable, and more time consuming. I will stick with regular applicator brands.
I like the fact that there is less waste going into the landfills. But, honestly, these tampons are not my cup of tea. I'm expected to show up to events on short notice, and long travel. I don't want to use my finger to place the tampon after I just got off the subway. I'm a germ freak, but I think they're okay if I'm just spending a day at home.
Although these are environmentally friendly, they are often difficult and time consuming to use at first. I also found that it took awhile for me to find a way to apply them before I was comfortable while it was being used. I always had to use a liner or pad while they were in use because of leaks.
Okay I'm all about going green and saving the planet however I find this product to be quite messy at times and very ineffective depending on the heaviness of flow. I'm a girl that doesn't mind getting her hands dirty but the washroom isn't the place I wavy to do it.
I have tried these on the odd occasion (aka when they're half the price of my normal Tampax), and just don't like them.
The string is annoying to find, and I just find it doesn't expand like my normal brand.
Two thumbs down.
