Good tuna in can

I've searched for a mild-tasting tuna that I could enjoy as I'm not a big fan of fish but know of the health benefits. I AM a fan of Ocean's Light tunas now as I really enjoy the mild taste.

The tuna is packed in water, which I like. The price is very good as well, and I can often find them in a 3-pack, which even betters the price.

I use the Chunk for when I want to eat the tuna as a meal with vegetables, crackers, etc. and it's also perfect for putting on salads. The 'chunks' are just the right size. I use the Flaked Light for sandwiches.

Every time I go shopping, I always buy a couple of cans of these tuna tins especially when they are on sale and i stock up. I use a lot of tuna and not just for sandwiches.Tuna is an economical choice and is really healthy.
