I love how these sheets packed with vitamins like b12, iodine and have just 10 calories each. They are vegan, simple and great for sushi wraps and rolls.
Enjoyed this Ocean's Halo organic seaweed sheet by making Vegan Onigiri. They were super comforting to eat, very fluffy and savory fillings. This is how sometimes to make use of leftover rice.
Today's Onigiri made with leftover rice (Black, red, brown rice & quinoa), and were filled with stir-fried carrots, red onion, garlic,misittake mushrooms,rapini, seasoned with sesame seeds, seaweed, salt, vinegar, sesame and hemp hearts. Wrapped each onigiri in a nori sheet. Perfect for a quick snack or lunch.
