Black pepper flavour

While I did appreciate the resealable outer bag and individually wrapped bags of Oceans Yellowfin Black Pepper Tuna Steaks, I think it's too much plastic waste. Hopefully Ocean could figure out something more environmentally friendly, with less packaging, in the future. I'm sure there's a way to still have individual servings, with less plastic packaging.

Since the tuna steaks were vacuum sealed, defrosting was easy and not messy at all. I chose the black pepper flavour. Cooking it was simple, I followed the instructions and seared my tuna steaks on my cast iron pan. It tasted good, and the peppery flavour was there for me. I just think they were pretty expensive, even when on sale.
