Isnt My hair supposed to be shiny?

I bought this because my hair is dry and lifeless and this conditioner and shampoo claim that it will add shine.
I heard such good reviews about it and I thought I’d try it on my own. I love the way my hair smells after washing and drying it but it was anything BUT shiny. It was dry and dull as straw!!
My hair needs a lot of mousture to look descent but this conditioner doesn’t have moisture or shine. I have used it a few times and even try different ones in between but I have to give it away because no matter how long I leave it in my hair my hair is dry a straw.

I already love using @ogx_beauty hair products, but I love to switch up and see what works best specially when it comes to wide range of Ogx products. This conditioner smells soooo good and it felt like a hair treatment literally! Honestly I love how Ogx 50 brand has a potential in their all products and the results are very effective. Definitely feeling a change in my hair, in two washes already, my hair felt smoother and softer than before.
