It's the best earplugs I ever try. I start to use it because of my very noisy and disturbing neighbor so if i want a restful night it's the only way I can sleep. Now I use every night even if there is no surrounding noise. It's very comfortable and takes the form of the inner ear. I use them even when I meditate.
