I absolutely love this hand cream. My boyfriend and I both obsess over the effects it has on dry cracked hands as he is a tech and I'm a bartender we constantly have dry hands.

My sister actually bought this for my husband but.... I stole it, it's that good. I know it says it's for hands but I use it on my heels. I'm prone to cracking and this prevents the problem. It does have a greasy feel in the beginning but disappeares quickly.

Working as a farm hand and in Canadian winters it left my poor hands cracked, dry and tough but using this product on the first day I saw results my hands felt smoother and hydrated and it doesn't leave a greasy residue will not be disappointed with this product and is now found in drugstores!!!! Totally recommend

Since the boyfriend started his new job in trades, his hands have become really dry and cracked due to working outside in the cold and harsh weather. The cream that he usually used was not helping at all! I decided to look for an intensive, heavy duty hand cream that he could bring to work and quench his cracked fingers. My friend, who is a nurse, recommended O’Keeffes for a really intensive cream.

It was also on sale when I went to check it out at London Drugs. Normally, a tube or jar (both pictured above) are $10 each, but I got it on sale for $7. I ended buying the jar at a later date, as I’ll tell you about below!

We noticed a definite HUGE improvement in his dry and cracked skin. I wish that I had a picture of his thumb before using the product! Trust me when I say that it was really, rough, cracked and split above the finger nail.

Really moisturizes chapped and damaged hands, making them healthy and soft. However, the formula is a bit thick and greasy, so I would recommend this to be used before sleep, so it won't bother you as much.

Absolutely the best hand cream ever in my opinion. I am diabetic and suffer from extremely dry skin and cracked/split skin around my fingers. this stuff works as soon as you put it on. love it. price is a little high so I watch for it to go on sale and stock up.

I have just started using O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream in the last week and WOW! I love this hand cream! It soaks right in and doesn't leave that slimy, greasy feeling that so many others do. It also doesn't have any strong perfume smell so it's great for guys and girls. I have very dry, cracked fingers and O'Keeffe's leaves my hands feeling soft, supple and so nice (no more itching and having my hands feel like their ripping where they're so dry!). I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone. The price is a bit high but with the small amount you have to use I think it is actually very good value for my money as this will no doubt last for quite a long time. I'm so glad I took the chance to give it a try!

I recently tried O'Keeff's Working Hands cream, and unfortunately I was not impressed. I have dry skin, especially in the winter where the skin on my hands crack and become extremely sore. I have been applying the product faithfully for weeks, and I haven't noticed much difference. The next time I wash my hands they are just as dry.
