Perfect for extremely dry skin

I've been suffering from extremely dry & cracked skin that bleeds. O'Keeffe's soothes and moistens my problem areas. No stinging, just softness. I put it on nightly so it soaks in overnight. Better than prescription ointments.

I work with a lots of cleaning products and this is the only product that has worked for my cracked skin on my hands I try also another but this it’s was the best one .

Super hydrating non greasy

This product helps heal dry cracked hands. And applies thick but without the feeling of grease. I recommend the one in the tube case the tin as it’s easier to apply and more sanitary.

Hard working stuff

This stuff is heavy duty. Great for really dry cracked hands. Hardly any scent to it. It leaves your hands a bit greasy for a bit but that’s to be expected.

Excellent product

This is the only product that has worked for my cracked skin on my hands. I’ve tried many other products and medicines but nothing else worked apart from this. The texture is a bit greasy and non-fragrant. It’s at affordable price and most importantly it is does the job. I am truly amazed.

Best hand cream for hacked hands

I’m a nurse and have tried many hand creams. O’Keefes is by far the best I have tried when hands are hacked and bleeding. It’s quite thick and a bit greasy so it’s best to put on at night and let it work it’s magic as you sleep. Makes a huge difference in just one overnight application.

Works instantly!

I have really dry hands in the winter and with just one use I can definitely feel the difference. It is scent free, non greasy and does not sting like most lotions or creams do which is nice as I work with a lot of paper and usually end up with cuts.

I love this

My hands are smooth after using this product and you just need a little of this. Just need to use a little when you gardening or a little tlc, the ingredients are not eco friendly tho. But use it for after washing your hands.
