i had been seeing adds about this cheese on tv and so decided to try it. Tried the original and loved it. I intend to buy it again. Although it is a little pricey I will continue to buy it and use it. To me it is not a cheese for "sandwiches" but more of a cheese you would eat alone or set out when guests came. Would recommend if you like a mild cheese.
