Rotten and Burned Chips

On more than one occasion, without looking first, I’ve bitten into a chip that obviously came from a rotten potatoe or the chip was burnt.

I contacted Old Dutch after my second experience with a rotten chip, and they didn’t seem to care. I’d saved the bag Incase they wanted a production number, but they did not. I tried their box chips hoping they were better than the bags, no, just costlier.
