I always have a kit in the cupboard for a quick easy meal. They always taste great but I have had stale shells more then once so its always disappointing on those days.

Its easy to make and really nice with a tossed salad as a side. It can be a little salty but I like it and usually have a box in the pantry

I love these taco kits. I tend to buy extras like sour cream, more ground beef than they recommend, etc., and I can still do dinner for 3 or 4 for under $15. Can't beat that.

We love soft tacos, I even buy refried beans and add to this. I wish it came in a bigger family sized box for like 6 or 8 people. I have so many to feed and this can get a little expensive.

Quick and easy Mexican meals. Love how the basics are in the kit and you only have to purchase your toppings.

Old El Paso Taco Kits are my go-to taco kits for Mexican Wednesdays at home!! They are so convenient and affordable! The Taco kits come with Taco Spice Mix, sauce and shells and instructions on how to use the spice mix and sauce when you are preparing the meat for your tacos! The shells are great too - they aren't as fragile as other taco brands.

I change up and use ground up chicken or turkey for a healthier alternative and find that the spices go well with either meat

We love tacos and probably have them at least once per month or more. Old El Paso kits are very convenient for having most of what you need packaged into a tidy box, including the shells, taco seasoning, and usually a packet of salsa. All you need to add is ground meat and your favourite toppings. I usually buy the "hard & soft" or "stand & stuff" kit, though you can also get other varieties. And if you prefer chicken chunks instead of ground beef in your taco, you can get a chicken kit with a slightly different seasoning mix suited to chicken.

Ideally I'd prefer to have fresh tacos instead of out of the box, but I don't have the first idea how to make them from scratch. I generally have a taco kit in my pantry at all times for spur of the moment taco night. Never fails to make my family happy!

My husband gets a real cracing for Mexican food once in a while, and I recently used one of the Old El Paso Taco Kits. It worked quite well for a simple meal and the taco shells were not bad and kept together well even after I heated them up. A great quick meal idea just add your fresh veggies and meat.
