Old Navy is a great place to shop when you want to look for fairly quality clothes at a decent price. There was a recent sale at the Ajax location and I was able to buy two dresses and a pair of shorts for $55. The store, however, was a huge mess, and it was really hard to find certain items. The front area was fine because it was mostly dresses and they were all hung up. The maternity section was impossible to find anything because they mostly just had a table where clothes were placed in a pile. Also, nobody regularly checks the fitting rooms and clears them out. It makes it difficult to shop.

I like old navy, they have alot to pick from. And sometimes that is a problem because you will try on something and if it dosen't fit then where did you get the item at , there is never anyone to get a size for you. But besides that it is a good store There is always a sale there as well

I like to wander through Old Navy when I go to the mall but I rarely buy anything. They seem to have good sales and I'll admit I like their tank tops and t-shirts, but I have trouble finding anything else that fits right. They have pretty adorable kids clothes, though they are pretty pricey compared to other stores - even when on sale.
Most of the time I also just don't want to have to dig through the mess of shirts on tables or step over clothes on the floor...
As for the online shop, I wish they had free shipping sometimes because with what you save on the clothes, you end up paying for the shipping with and if it's not a good deal, I don't order it.

Great place to shop. Always great sales and quality of clothing is fantastic. Something for every age and every style. I have joined the email group and always know when sales are on. Great communication for store. Easy return for any product that would not suit ordering online. Love this store.

Old Navy always has great deals and prices! A huge range of items, and such a great range of sizes for every body shape! This is my favourite online store to shop in, and fast shipping!

Ok store for buying t-shirts and loungers but if you are looking for clothes that last; I found the quality of the material to be thin, out of shape and fall apart easily.

Old Navy rocks. They have a huge selection of clothes for everyone. They have awesome sales and there is usually a clearance rack somewhere as well in the store where you can get super cheap deals. I love their ladies activewear section. They get new stock often.

I really enjoy shopping at old navy for myself and also for my son. I find that they have sales all the time and they have so many items for adults and kids. I also like the sizing they are more realistic I think.

You cannot beat Old Navy when it comes to price and sales. However, I find there isn't much variety. They are not bad for basics or a few good pieces.

I like Old Navy products because you can add inexpensive basics to your wardrobe like pants, tank tops and belts. You can mix these pieces in with more high-end items and no one can tell the difference. I especially enjoy the clearance area. I go to Old Navy twice a month to check out the clearance section because I have found some amazing pieces at a fraction of the price.

However, when it comes to overall quality of some of their items, I feel as if it's gone down some. I've purchased some tops/shirts, and they shrank after one wash. So I no longer purchase their tops. I only buy their pants and jeans because I know that I'm not going to be washing them as frequently.
