I was really against trying this product thinking that like vinegar it would be very acidic. At one store they were letting people try samples so I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. It did carry the flavour of strawberry and was not very acidic. They have many flavours both sweet and savory, use the sweet over fresh fruit or ice cream, you could even add a bit to give your icing a little flare. The savory one could be used when you make your own bread, just brush some on the top and put the bread in the oven. You could also use the savory on your homemade pizza. I found a little treasure with this product!!
