I usually buy dry pasta, but decided to try fresh. Yesterday we had Olivieri Angel hair pasta, with Olivieri basil and cheese pesto sauce. It was a hit for all of us. The pasta was very rich tasting, much more so than dried pasta. It states that it takes 30 seconds to cook...took closer to three minutes, perhaps I was not boiling the water hard enough. You get 6 nests...2 were enough for me, but the boys could have eaten a little more. Next time I will try using some leftover chicken cubes on top, as I think it will match well with the pesto. Still an inexpensive enough meal for three adults, and a super quick and easy meal.
