I did a lot of research on juicers before I picked this one. This is a masticating juicer which doesn't heat up like a centrifuging juicer and kills off the nutrients. This product is actually pretty pricey but I think it's worth it. It is slow to make a cup of juice, so if you're looking for something quick, then this might not be a good choice for you
