I have been taking this multi vitamin for a few months now. I havent noticed any real improvement in my fatigue or overall health. I realize it can take some time to see improvement. The pills for this product are a vibrant pink purple and are quite large. For the price being average, the product being on the larger side and a bit difficult to swallow, with no real signs of improvement. I will be moving on to try a new multi vitamin.

Meh. I try (every now and then) to have healthier habits, like taking vitamins. But honestly when they're just a pill and not fun like a gummy or a chew I can only remember to take them 1/3 of the days I planned to. I mean even as a kid I looked forward to chewing a Flintstone vitamin. I can't say I notice any effect of taking these, but I guess that's for my Dr. and blood tests to decide. The big downside to these ones though is they are huge. Bigger than any pill your Dr. has ever prescribed to you. As big as a large unshelled almond at least. So I know a few people who wouldn't be able to use these as regular capsules are hard for them to get down. So in all, I would switch to one that's meant to be eaten and tastes good and is fun to have every morning.

Huge pills full of vitamins. The don't appeal to the scenses at all. Stinky and taste nasty but they do the trick.

These vitamins are horrifying. They are large as a cockroach and so hard to swallow. They are also as hard as a brick and take forever to dissolve in your gut! This one isn't for me, I prefer a capsule or gummy version.
