A great multi vitamin

I was told by my doctor that my iron levels were dangerously low. I was put on an iron twice a day and told to buy a multi vitamin. I saw that these had higher iron levels than it’s competitors so I chose these. The pills are rather big so I cut them in half and take one half at a time. They usually go on sale so when they do I buy a few bottles. My iron levels are great now.

Improvement for sure

I started taking these vitamins a few months ago and I feel better as a whole! I have better sleep patterns my skin looks better and I just feel like I have more energy and a better appetite as well. I have some other medical issues that I have also seen an improvement in as well. I do recommend these vitamins to my family and friends in hopes it will help them as much as it did me.

Perfect

I love one a day women’s multivitamin. They are great, no difficulties in swallowing aa they are of perfect size. There is no aftertaste and works very well, have better ingredients than others. I definitely recommend this.

Good inclusive multivitamin

I like that this vitamin is only for once a day, it tastes good and is easy to swallow. I am very happy with it, it makes my health regimen much easier.

A great choice

The one a day woman’s vitamins are a great choice, the size of them are a little off putting and hard to swallow so I did end up going to the gummy form, but these are awesome !

Multivitamin with lots of iron

My usual brand of multivitamin went off the market so I switched to One a Day to try out, mostly because its makeup was similar to the multi I used to take. Other brands did not have the same levels of iron (theirs were much lower) and I've had no ill effects from using One a Day for several months. The pills used to be a bright purple colour but in newer (current) package are pink. They are a larger supplement but taken with water go down easy for me. If you're concerned about your iron levels as I was these are worth checking out. They also seem to go on sale at chain grocery stores and pharmacies so they can be a good bargain as well as health benefit.

Has minerals too

I find this product really.I have no trouble taking it it doesn't make me feel nauseous it's easy to swallow coating helps it go down better. I love the fact that it has minerals as well as vitamins us ladies need Ur iron.
I noticed a difference after a week of taking them I felt like I had more energy and overall well-being.

Love these vitamins

I always take these vitamins and always have since I turned 20! I love how it has all the vitamins you need in it and nothing that you don’t, the pill is easy to swallow and is a nice colour as well!
