All natural pasteurized coconut water. Only 100 calories for 500ml. refreshing and mild taste. High in ptoassium and magnesium.

Hydrating and delicious. My favorite thing to re-energize with after a big run or workout. They are a little pricey, but can usually be found on sale at my local grocery store.
