A nice Matte affect

This is a really great gel topcoat product that provides long lasting wear and no chipping. I would recommend you use several coats of it however. I did have some challenges in finding it at stores although you can find it online.

Looks great, chips terribly

I was really excited to try this, as I have been wanting a matte top coat for awhile and I love OPI products. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. It was a little hard to coat evenly, I found I had missed a few spots after it dried, though I thought I had been thorough.

It dried quickly and looked great, but it started chipping almost immediately. I used it over my OPI nail polish that i usually get at least 3-5 days before chipping (I’m rough on my nails), but it was pretty badly chipped the very next day. I tried touching up those areas that night and then went to bed when it was dry. The next morning I noticed it had chipped in my sleep! I took it off and returned it to the store.

I always loved matte nails on people and decided to try it for myself. It changes the tone of the polish underneath, and makes it look dull. I also found that it chipped a lot easier with the matte ontop. Not a product I would repurchase.

I want to love this SO bad. I love Matte nails but this stuff never seems to work for me. It just makes my nails look dingy. Also, it changes the color or my OPI polishes so much that I find I have to choose a color much more pronounced than what I want to achieve.

I love this top coat.
Matte nails are in and you can put this on top of any shade.
It will give you the matte effect with shades you already own.

This polish is really cool. It makes your colored polish instantly matte and it drys super fast.
