Contains 16 precut strips with some excellent designs, Has base, Color and top coat in one strip and they claim you can remove it with simple lacquer remover. what they don't tell you is that you'll be able to remove the top coat and color but the gluey base will stay on your nails forever! I used the product twice thinking i may have done something wrong with the first application but only got the same result. Love my OPI but not this product.
