MY GO TO!!!

This rapid top coat is AMAZING. I love how it dries QUICK especially when I have to run errands and cannot wait an hour for my nails to dry. Definitely recommend.

It does dry fast, levels out nicely, and it is very shiny. However, it smells terrible while it's drying. It's also very thick and difficult to spread. My nails were chipping within 2 days. I wouldn't buy it again.

The top coat protected my polish for 2 weeks!!

Well...it does make your nail dry faster, but since it's so thick, it makes a lot of airbubbles and my nails look horrid after use. So it's a waste of time putting on this top coat just to have to redo my nails all over again. Just use their regular OPI topcoat or use the rapid dry drops, don't bother with this.

I LOVE OPI products...but this top coat is horrible!!! It made the polish underneath very soft, and when it did finally dry, began to chip off! The topcoat was actually stripping off of the coloured polish underneath, which was also an OPI product! Tried it again with another polish (again, an OPI polish), and the same thing happened! VERY disapointed with this, and a waste of $10!

I bought this product at Winners for $7. I really like it, it dries my nails really fast and does not streak or change the color and you get a really shiny look. The only thing that I am worried about is that I used it twice and the next day my nail polish had already chipped on some of my fingers. I'm not sure if it's because of the top coat though, I've only used it twice...

So I had a tough time ruling on this product.

I have been using and testing this on and off for about 6 months and also against other top coats such as Seche Vite.

Unfortunately, the OPI namesake does not pertain to this particular product.


OPI claims that it is "rapidry" but in fact, other top coats dry faster than this one and they dont even claim to be fast drying!

Also, when applying this over nail polish, it actually softens the color underneath. Ergo, rapidry makes the color underneath streak a little bit, lightens/alters the color, and makes it incredibly soft.

With all of those factors considered, this product did not make the cut. I was extremely disappointed considering that the full size costs OVER $10 and makes unrealistic claims.
