This is my favourite shatter polish. It doesn't stink and the crackle looks fantastic with top coat. The metallic ones don't crackle as much as I would like but the black and white and perfect. I still shatter the polish on my toes often. I don't really do my fingers unless I'm between fills on my nails.

Opi is so expensive! However, I found the Shatter to be on sale at 1.00!!!! Due to no longer being in demand. I would not have purchased a bottle at 10.00 just to try. At 1.00, I couldnt say no. I love it! I have been having a lot of fun with it:) now thatI have tried it, I would purchase others at regular price!

Apply a thin coat for best results

I love the OPI black shatter, it's about the only polish i used for three months after it came out. I definitely like the look it leaves on your nails, and looks perfect with a coat of silver polish under. However, be sure not to put too thick of a coat on, or it won't shatter as nicely!! Put on a relatively thin coat of this polish over any other laquer polish for that neat, shattered look on your nails. I like doing both my hand and feet with this polish (:

I just recently started using the shatter nail polish and I love it. Aside from looking great it is great for a girl like me who has a hard time painting her nails ( i have never mastered this lol) The great thing about applying shatter to a nail polish is that it doesn't matter if you did a great job painting your nails because the shatter will cover the bad paint job. I have tried the black, the navy and the silver. My favorite combination so far is silver nail polish with the navy shatter. Also love white nail polish with black shatter. The shatter does dry and crack fast so you have to be quick with applying it and a top coat is a must as it makes it last longer and stand out better

I love OPI, when I heard they were coming out with this product I was ecstatic ! I went out to trade secrets to find they were sold out, I then headed to another and ended up scooping up one of the last bottles. I paired it with a guava pink, oh boy i love it ! it shatters nicely, gets many compliments and lasts up to 2 weeks when using a decent topcoat ! i recommend this to any nail polish whore ! lol

OPI crackle nail polish is a top coat nail polish that you apply and then when it dries it separate and it gives a cracke effect look on you nails. My daughters love this new polish it comes in many colors.

Let me explain the Black Shatter, because it's what the name is. It's a black polish that creates a shattered effect on your nails. All you have to do is put one coat over your polished nails and the polish does it's own shattered effect its self. It pretty awesome, to say the least.

I really like this effect, I wish I had longer nails though because it kind of looks a little weird on my stubby little nails. I'm sorry, I'm a biter, that's why I try and polish them so I can stop biting, haha. But it's really cool, I'm curious to see how long the shatter will stay on or if it'll chip off quickly because it's shattered. But then again, OPI is a very popular nail lacquer that is known for not being crappy and chipping off easily, so I have faith in this shatter effect. I keep saying it's so cool but it really is! I just keep staring at my nails because it just looks so cool on. It creates such a unique effect and yet is so easy to use that anyone from people that suck at painting nails (aka me) to professionals can use it with a breeze!

Also that's the Not Like the Movies color underneath the black shatter and it looks kind of purpley silver underneath in the picture and it's just really pretty even without the black shatter.
