My dentist gave me this a while ago. I like them because they do glide through your teeth better than regular floss and it's totally painless. However, I agree with MizzRobin that regular floss is more effective at removing plaque. This floss feels more like thin satiny ribbons than dental floss. I'd still use it if it's lying around but when I buy floss I get the good old fashioned kind.

I love how it doesnt like twist when I use it, regular floss gets all twisty when i'm flossing but this is like a really thin strip that doesnt do that so i like that. the price isn't really worth it, but hey if you feel like splurging, go ahead.
