I was using just the regular cheap dental floss, and received a sample of this from the dentist. Realized I was using the wrong brand, because my goodness did it hurt when I flossed with this. I hadn't been getting where I needed to, this floss is wider, so it's more effective. I love it, you actually feel like you've flossed, and not just put some tiny string between your teeth.

This is a great floss, slides easily and is nicely scented. A great size for travelling too.
