I have used the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush for two weeks. At first I had to get used to the vibration in mouth. It did not take long to used to it. I loved the fact that I knew when I had been brushing for 30 seconds and then two minutes. I realized that I was not brushing my teeth long enough before using the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush. The instructions were easy to follow and the toothbrush is not difficult to use. I have used my manual toothbrush during the two week period that I used the power toothbrush. I can honestly say that I definitely prefer the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush. My teeth don't feel like they are getting as clean with my manual toothbrush as they do with the Oral-B. The only drawback is the price. I did not know how much the toothbrush cost before I went to the grocery store. I am glad that I was lucky enough to be selected by the Chick Advisor Product Review Club to review the Oral-B Pulsonic power toothbrush. I hope it lasts for a long time. I know I will have to purchase replacement brushes.

As someone who has used a manual toothrbrush all her life, I was very excited to test the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush. Looks wise, it's very slim and modern looking and fits unobtrusively into my bathroom's decor. If fits very comfortably in my hands, and is lightweight and easy to maneuver. Since I wasn't sure how powerful the pulsing would be, I initially used the toothbrush as the "sensitive" setting, but since have graduated to the "clean" setting. At first, having a device that cleans your teeth in a vibrating/pulsing motion instead of the standard up and down and back and forth took some getting used to, but my teeth have never felt cleaner. The bonus is that I don't get the bleeding gums that I sometimes get when I brush too hard manually. I also really like using the precision tip brush head to get into those hard to reach areas at the back of my mouth that sometimes are difficult to get a floss to .
After using this for the last week, my manual toothbrush has been sadly neglected and will now have a new role of cleaning the grout in my bathroom. There is no way that I would go back to using a manual toothbrush when the Oral-B does such an excellent cleaning job with way less effort on my part.

As soon as I read whitens teeth I am a sucker because clearly we all want white clean teeth! Although I don't acutally have yellow teeth I can't really say if this whitened or not but I am sure it would help remove some surface stains for anyone with not so white teeth.
At first I wasn't a fan of the tiny brush head, its fairly small but it does allow you to reach into all areas of your teeth which is what you want, so it did grow on me quickly.
It was very nice to have the timer to let you know when to switch quadrants to ensure a good clean! The pulsing of the toothbrush was super strange when I first used it! I ripped open the package and used the brush immediately! Very different with a pulsing toothbrush then a power tooth brush and it took me a couple times to get used to the vibration but it was nothing much. You can tell right away that your teeth feel super clean like when you come back from the dentist clean!
The battery life is crazy too! I used it for six days, twice a day before the battery died and that was even before charging it! I am not a fan of having a charger on my bathroom counter so it's nice that it would only be once in a while to charge it then I can put it away.
I would for sure recommend this product and honestly if I was looking for a pulsing toothbrush this would be the one I would purchase, I have used just a regular toothbrush that has a battery and pulsed but I really didn't like it or find anything great about it but the Oral-B kicked its butt in this test!

I love this toothbrush! Its gentle on my teeth and gums (which are sensitive sometimes) and my whole mouth feels really really clean after using it. The normal setting vibrates a *bit* too strongly for my comfort but the sensitive option is perfect. Definitely better than my old manual brush, feel so much cleaner with this brush. It was really easy to use and doesn't take up much counter space in the bathroom. I will keep using it and will definitely recommend it to others!

I was thrilled to receive an Oral-B Pulsonic toothbrush for review by ChickAdvisor for the opportunity to test if this product lived up to all of its claims. I have been using this toothbrush for just a little over one week as a replacement for my regular manual toothbrush. I have tried various electric toothbrushes in the past, but the positive results from this product have been so advantageous that I am unlikely to return to a manual toothbrush.

The design of the toothbrush is very beneficial. It is lightweight and very slim, making it easy to manoeuvre and comfortable to use. The brush head is shaped more like a traditional toothbrush (not circular like other electric toothbrushes), which I personally prefer. The bristles are not too hard or soft, just right for my preferences. The sonic vibrations are different from the motion that I have experienced with other similar products, but are incredibly effective at giving a thorough cleaning of the teeth and gums, without causing any discomfort. I have mildly sensitive teeth and gums and love the option of choosing between the two settings (clean and sensitive). The timer is an added feature that indicates with a sound when you should switch between areas and upon proper time completion, thus making the experience even more enjoyable. I must admit that I was a little sceptical about the claims of removing 94% of surface stains and thus whitening teeth, but despite only having used it for a little over a week, I have already noticed dramatic results. My teeth do not only appear whiter, but are also left feeling like they were professionally cleaned. The Oral-B Pulsonic comes with a convenient size docking charger as well as an additional precision tip head that I have found to be quite effective at removing stains from the harder to reach areas. The device stays charged for a reasonable amount of time, I took it along for a weekend trip and did not have the need to bring the charger along.

The results from using the Oral-B Pulsonic toothbrush have proven to me that this product does indeed live up to all of its claims. It may be small in size, but the results are grand! The only downfall to this product is that it cost significantly more than a regular toothbrush at $69.99, but the long term benefits of this product are well worth the money spent. I have already bought two of these as gifts, and I am definitely impressed enough by the results to recommend it to anyone looking for an effective alternative to a manual toothbrush.

I received this product as part of the product review club. I really enjoyed using the Oral-B pulsonic toothbrush. I previously only used a manual toothbrush, and was blown away on the performance of this toothbrush. I will never go back to a manual toothbrush again. The whole system itself is very small, doesn't take up much room on your bathroom counter and has a sleek design. The handle is slim and easy to hold. You charge it for 12 hours and then begin to use it. It has two settings 'clean' and "sensitive' so it can be used for people with sensitive teeth. The feature I love is it has a built in timer. It breaks at every 30 seconds so you know when to change to a different area of your teeth, as well as letting you know when your done in 2 minutes. The first time I used this product I noticed little pieces of hard white specks on my gums, which I took to be specks of plaque that were removed from my teeth. Incredible. Even after only a week I can see a difference with the surface stains on my teeth. Also since I have a smaller mouth with its slim design the head of the toothbrush was able to reach my back molars with ease. I also used the precision tip that comes with this product so that you can get in between your teeth, it worked wonders and was a great tool to use instead of flossing. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for upgrading their toothbrush. My husband already wants one. The Oral-B Pulsonic is extremely easy to use and makes brushing your teeth not seem like a chore, it does the thinking for you. One huge positive is that I believe this would cut down the dentist visits, from two cleanings to one per year. It does that good of a job, your teeth feel so clean after. Definitely buy this toothbrush. The only drawback I found with the Pulsonic system is that there was no cover for the toothbrush head.

I received the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush to review as part of a campaign through ChickAdvisor. I'm used to my manual toothbrush so this was a new experience for me. I'm used to having a bigger toothbrush head so it took some getting used to with the Oral-B pulsonic because the head seemed a bit small. After using it for the last 2 weeks, I will gladly say that this is the best toothbrush I have ever owned! I will never go back to a traditional brush. You don't get nearly the same type of cleaning with a manual brush than with an electric, simply because your hand is not capable of reproducing the 27,000 vibrations per minute that an electric can. In addition, most people with manual brushes spend about 40 seconds, (I made that number up) brushing their teeth. An electric brush naturally makes you spend longer. Which is great as it makes sure you brush for dentist recommend amount of time (2 minutes).

It's very light weight and slim and I love the smaller brush attachment for the back teeth and in between teeth. When I am done my teeth feel so clean, like I just had them polished at the dentist! It is not hard on the gums, in fact it stimulates them unlike any toothbrush I have ever used. The bristles are somewhat hard without the slightest irritation to the gums.The design of the brush makes it easy to reach everywhere and is actually pretty quiet. The battery life is also fantastic! Going on just over two weeks and I haven't had to charge it yet. The overall feel, quality, and weight of the product is excellent and I would very much recommend this toothbrush.

Pros: The battery life is excellent.There are two settings, clean or sensitive, which both do a great job. The weight, it is not heavy, feels like a regular brush. Great coverage and cleaning action on your teeth.

Cons: The price. This toothbrush currently retails for $69.99 CAD that might seem a bit pricey to some, but it is ever worth it! I feel that it's a reasonable price for the results it offers.

While I usually wouldn't spend that much on a toothbrush ( I have the modestly priced $35 Oral B Vitality) I would purchase this again; actually I already have, as a christmas gift.

I liked that this brush has a standard shaped head, most electric toothbrushes have the little round head, but I've found that I prefer the longer style. It is still small, but it fits my mouth better. I loved that this toothbrush not only tells you when you've brushed long enough, but also how long to brush each quadrant of your mouth. Pretty brilliant! I loved that my teeth felt dentist clean every time I brushed too!

I think this is a great toothbrush and totally recommend it.

I have always wanted an electronic toothbrush and it's something that my dentist has been recommending to me for years. I was a little taken aback by the vibrating motion of this toothbrush. i was actually expecting the more conventional electronic toothbrush that has the rotating head..

I do like the fact that the electronic toothbrush has a timer (30 seconds) so that I am sure to brush each quadrant for the proper amount of time. However, I don't know if I would choose this toothbrush over my manual toothbrush because I question whether the vibrating motion is actually helping to clean my teeth more. I would prefer the ones that have the rotating head because these are the ones I've seen and am more familiar with. I also think that they would do a more effective job at actually "brushing" the teeth. I'm not sure if the Pulsonic is featuring some sort of new technology in the world of electronic toothbrushes, if so, I am not aware of it. I even asked several of my friends who own electronic toothbrushes and have been using them for years and they all have the ones with the revolving head.

I would probably do some more research around electronic toothbrushes before deciding whether or not I would choose this one. Electronic toothbrushes cost significantly more than manual toothbrushes, so I'd want to make sure that it's worth the investment.

The battery life seems to last forever.
There are two settings, so you can make it really high for extreme brushing or normal which still does a great job.
The ease of changing the head, just turn and lift.
The weight, it is not heavy, feels like a regular brush.
You do feel like you're getting good coverage and cleaning action on your teeth.
Cons:
The brush head might be too small for some people's likings.
The bristles might be too soft, I know some people prefer harder bristles.

I have gotten used to the power toothbrush and I like the coverage I seem to get from this brush. I do feel like for those times where I'm in a rush, a quick brush with this power brush would still be good for my teeth as opposed to using my manual brush. I do think this does leave your teeth cleaner, and teeth are something we definitely should take care of! I think this is for anyone who doesn't have the patience to put in a good 6-8 minutes of manual brushing or doesn't mind the smaller brush head for the increased cleaning power.
