I never tried power toothbrush before. When I got Oral-B brush I tried it right away and really love it. My teeth stay clean longer. This toothbrush is very gentle on my teeth and gums. I will recomend this tooth brush to my friends..Thank you :)

I received this product as part of the product review club. This is my first electric tooth brush. I have always been a manual girl and never really wanted to switch. After using the Pulsonic I think I will never go back to the manual. The Pulsonic gets rid of all my plaque and tarter. I enjoy the timer that it has and find it convient to make sure you get that great dentist clean every time.

I also enjoyed the battery life. I have had it for more than 4 weeks and have never had to recharge it. The packaging is also well done. The actual unit is quite small and it does not take up much counter space,

This Christmas I bought several of these tooth brushes for my family and friends. I hope they enjoy it as much as I do.

The first thing I noticed as I set up the toothbrush in its holder is the unsteadyness of the holder. The depth that the toothbrush sits inside its hole made it tipsy and hard to keep it upright. In fact, any little jostle would make it tip over. After charging it, I used both settings while brushing my teeth and found that its a great toothbrush. Mind you the head that came with it was a little small and narrow for my taste. I love how long the toothbrush keeps its charge. Makes it great for traveling as it will be ready for use even after a long trip. The powerfulness of the vibration doesn't diminish even when you are pressing down hard on the bristles. All in all, I would definately recommend this toothbrush.

The toothbrush is easy to use (just press button and recharge) but Im not used to using vibrating toothbrush and it was quite difficult to brush on the inner back part of my teeth since it is vibrating and so i have to switch to a smaller brush but the smaller brush is for brushing between teeth so it took longer time to brush my teeth. I think the power of the vibration is still too strong for the sensitve setting. It felt like it could loosen my tooth.
Overall, it does clean my teeth well but I cant brush it for too long. Compare to my regular toothbrush, I think the power brush will take less time to clean my teeth since I usually brush each section of my tooth for 20times and if i use the power brush i only place on my teeth for 1-2 seconds.
I would not consider purchasing this product in the future since im not comfortable in using this power brush and the setting is too strong for me if it has a lighter vibration setting in the future I might consider buying.

WHAT A GEM! this brush is now my all-time favorite electric toothbrush I've used to date. I've used other brands before and was pretty happy with them, but it's the little features on this one that makes it my favorite! I absolutely love love love the timer featrue. It has a vibrating buzz every 30 seconds to remind you to go to the next quadrant, and then after 2 minutes it pulsates to let you know you are finished (or at least is suggests, you could keep brushing). I dunno, I am a detailed-oriented person and I just love that.

The brush itself feel a great weight to hold as well, not bulky like others, or heavy-bottomed like battery ones. The size of the brush head was perfect to get in to the back area of your teeth, way to the back of the molars, and around the back molars very easily. The bristles were nice and soft, which is my preference too, since soft bristles are way better for your gum health than medium or hard. The indicator light is a nice soft green, but wont' keep you up at night glowing from the bathroom like other models.

Overall, I think the Oral-B company has a definite winner with this one. It's something that I would highly recommend and to family and friends-and already have! If I see these on sale I will be picking another one for my husband. Very happy with this product!

Amazing. Truly!!
I love my teeth to be clean- truly clean- but it's hard to manage with such a small space in my mouth. Each Christmas I ask for a power toothbrush, as I feel they make it easier to clean my molars, but I always toss them before the batteries die. I get tired of bruising the inside of my mouth [trying to get the head back there], my nose tickling [vibrations], and my hands going numb [from the vibrations]. I *always* missed a certain spot too, and had to get in there with a tiny pointy toothbrush.

So, trying this toothbrush was a whole new experience. Each time I use it I'm amazed!! The head is small enough to fit back where I need it to without discomfort, and the cleaning is unreal... all of this without tickling my nose or making my fingers numb!! My teeth feel as clean as when I leave the dentist... each and every time I brush. My dentist will be thrilled!!

I have sensitive teeth and the normal setting has been just fine for me.

The only downside I've found is the low profile button: it's almost *too* low profile, and I have to actually look at the brush to turn it off. Oh, and the second setting drives me nuts once in awhile, when I just want to turn it off rather than turning it down.

But, the slimness of the brush, the charge-holding power [I had kept it plugged in constantly, but it's now been unplugged for over a week, used twice a day by me and at least once a day by my hubby who can't keep his hands off it, and it's still got tons of power. No need to recharge yet!], the cleaning ability, etc., have absolutely won me over. The timing feature is a good reminder too: I've found myself using it far more than I assumed I would- it seems to clean so fast that when I'm tired it'll suddenly buzz and I realise that I should really only be halfway through... and get back to cleaning!

Bottom line: If something happened to mine I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I'll be buying one for my kiddos as soon as they're old enough, and as soon as I stumble across new heads I'll be buying one for my hubby so he can stop using mine. He's hooked, and he thinks I don't know it ;)

Worth. every. penny.

The toothbrush was a good size, bristle part not too large, and I liked the sleek handle. Ease of operation, but when the head touched a tooth it made a loud noise. Brushing for the alloted time did not create sore gums and I experienced no bleeding. I did find that the brushing created an excess amount of foaming, therefore there was a lot of dripping. My teeth felt no cleaner than the manual toothbrush I use. My feeling is that I would want to use the brush for a longer duration to access how long the bristles would last and the cost of replacing the head. I would not hesitate to recommend the product to a friend and will continue to use this one. Thank you for the opportunity of trying the power toothbrush before deciding to purchase.

They do not disappoint ! I was worried at first because I love the hard bristles, and go thru a toothbrush every three weeks because I wreck the bristles. This system is a bit on the pricey side. After almost 3 weeks of use - I can say that the brush is the same as it was on day one !

The brush is gentle on my teeth, and afterwards you feel like you've just been in for a cleaning at your dentist. I have never had my teeth felt so clean and fresh afterwards. Since using this brush, I have found less build up of plaque on my teeth. Also I can definately notice the new brightness and whiter teeth.

I would like to get my daughter this as well. I only wish they had a stand that had two holders in it. I have looked and not been able to find one. Its great for one person, but what do you do if there is a family of four ?

This toothbrush surpasses any expectations I had. At first the price of it scares you .. but once you use it, you understand how totally worth it, it really is. I have been recommending this to everybody.

Thanks chickadvisor for letting me try this great product. I've tried power toothbrushes in the past, and did not like them because of their bulkiness. However the pulsonic feels just like a normal toothbrush, with thousands of vibrations helping to clean the teeth. It feels like you've polished your teeth, as they feel more smooth than with normal brushing. Its very effective and I will definately reccomend this to my friends!

Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush is one of the best power toothbrush i used so far.
What i love about this one, is how easy it was to use it and how far i could reach without making weird faces. I also like that it as 2 speeds which i love, depending where i brush and also love the extra part which i use for narrow corners.

This is a wonderful product!!!
