I have never used a power tooth brush before. So found the overall experience quite different. I found that it the design was awkward making it difficult to hold as the placement of the off/on switch is in a spot where I and kept hitting it when maneuvering in my mouth. I thought that the brush head was also a little small, and would have preferred it larger.
The product performed better in some ways than a manual tooth brush when used on the tooth itself. However, it was harder to get along my gum line so its overall effectiveness was not as good as a manual brush.

I might consider buying this product again if the price was right. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Very excited to receive my new Pulsonic! I wanted to try the sonic-style toothbrushes for some time but never did sufficient research on them they were prohibitively expensive a few years ago. Some months back, my dentist suggested I change from a manual brush to an electric version as he felt I'd get better cleaning. I am prone to staining and plaque - so anything that offers a cleaner clean is great for me. I love the fact that this is sonic at an accessible cost.

I really like that this is not fat, bulky, or heavy, It is thin and light with a head like that of a child's brush. Its a bit of a change to get used to this mode or brushing. I don't find I am brushing longer than I used to, but that is because I always brushed for a few minutes. Right now I am going though an adaptive phase - the 30 seconds is less than I used to brush for, and so I feel like I am trying to 'catch up'. I had a little tooth sensitivity by trying the 'clean' mode (and I am not generally sensitive), so I am trying the other mode. What I love most of all is second head, which allows me to get to the areas where plaque builds up for me. I have very tightly set teeth so flossing is not easy for me... this is a breeze. Since I am still getting used to the vibrations, I am only using this at night. I still use my manual brush in the morning when I am half asleep... but this will change as soon as I become acclimatized to the sensations.

I love how clean my teeth feel - and that it will get rid of stains with regular use. I love that its rechargeable. I don't love the use of the power outlet by the sink or the cord as its all counter clutter, but that is part of the change.

All I can say is "wow". I honestly thought of myself as the type of person who would never use a power toothbrush. I thought that they were a waste of money and why would I bother spending a bunch of money on something when I could get a normal toothbrush for $1.00 that would probably do just as good of a job.
Well boy oh boy was I wrong. My first time using this toothbrush I must admit I was a bit taken aback by the amount of power. It almost felt like I was at the dentist's office having my teeth polished..lol. But by my 2nd time using it I was already used to the vibrations. I especially enjoyed the fact that it has a built in timer that allows to you know when 30 seconds have passed so you can move on to another part of your mouth. But best of all was the clean feeling in my mouth once I was finished brushing. It literally felt like I just left the dentist's office, my teeth felt SO clean and smooth. I was completely misinformed about how much more power toothbrushes can make your teeth that much cleaner compared to regular toothbrushes.

Thanks so much to ChickAdvisor for allowing me to test out this product and post my review. I will now be a faithful Oral B customer and have already purchased another one to give my sister for Christmas..lol!

My overall experience with this product can be summed up with one word: GREAT. When I first open the package, I was very impressed with the design of the toothbrush. It's sleek, modern and surprisingly very light. The toothbrush is just slightly heavier than a manual toothbrush, which is awesome. It was very easy to use because there's only one button.

The first night that I use it, I was surprised at the vibrations it sends (thus the name pulsonic), it took me a day or two to get use to. However, I love the 30 seconds timer since I usually brush my teeth for less than 2 minutes when I'm using a manual. With this timer, I won't skim on brushing anymore. In terms of effectiveness, after brushing with this toothbrush, it felt like I just came back from a visit from the dentist, my teeth is smooth and clean. So I hope my dentist will agree that my teeth is clean and good upon the next checkup! I'm a convert now, I don't think I'll go back to manual toothbrush anymore.

I'll recommend this toothbrush to friends and family especially if they want a toothbrush that is sleek and slim, very easy to use, and cleans very well.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I LOVE it! I can’t believe I waited so long to try this toothbrush. It is a must have for everyone. Where do I begin? First off, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to try the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush. This toothbrush is just fantastic. It is easy to use and makes your teeth feel completely clean.

The stand is very compact and doesn’t take up much room on your counter and is stylish. There are 2 different heads for your brush, one to brush and the other one to help with flossing. There is a timer which helps you make sure you spend the same amount of time in each section of your mouth. I must say that the charging on it last a long time as well, so you don’t need to leave it plugged it at all times (which is great for saving energy). I used the brush on regular and used it in each section of my mouth after I used the flossing attachment on the sensitive setting. I love that it has the different settings to use.

I couldn’t believe how clean my teeth were. I must say, you don’t feel any plaque build-up on your back molars. Compared to the normal toothbrush, this makes your teeth feel fantastic. Your mouth feels fresh and clean. This toothbrush is just amazing and does the job it says it will do. My gums were ok, I never had any bleeding.

I have talked and bragged about it to over 30 people at work. Some have gone out to purchase it already and some have asked for it on their Christmas wish list. Some people have said it is a bit pricey, but I am trying to convince them that it is worth every dollar, plus more! I would definitely replace this when needed.

I was very excited to be chosen to review the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush – I’ve been wanting to see if the electric toothbrushes really make a difference and this was my chance – and what a difference it does make!

The toothbrush comes with a plug-in charger, which has a place to res the handle, the brush attachment and the flossing attachment and it’s all pretty compact (doesn’t take a lot of space on the bathroom counter).

There are two settings – clean and sensitive – and at first I did find the “clean” setting to be a little rough as it’s pretty fast. As anticipated, there was a little bleeding the first couple of times I used it, but that passed, and soon I came to love how squeaky clean my teeth felt after each use.

I LOVE the timing feature which allows 30 seconds for the four sections of your month and lets you know once you’ve completed brushing at 2 minutes and I think when I brush normally I’m always in a rush – but this slows me down and allows the proper amount of brushing time. I also really like the second “flossing” head which I use on the sensitive setting as it gets between the teeth (I still floss after but I do think it makes a difference using this brush first).

I’m completely convinced that this is a great product!

I have always wanted to have an electric toothbrush but, never thought they were quite worth the money. I have been proven totally wrong.
Thanks to this wonderful opportunity. I have found out how great these brushes are! I cannot believe how clean my teeth feel after I have brushed with it.
The first couple of uses my gums bled a little bit and made my mouth tender but, that went away after a couple of days. Now I am enjoying the feel of the brush.
I definitely will continue to use these brushes as my teeth have not ever felt so clean. My old hand held toothbrush hit the garbage can days ago! Thanks Oral B!

My dentist has always recommended to my family that we switch over to electric toothbrushes as they do a better job of cleaning than a regular toothbrush. I was super happy when I found out that I would have the opportunity to test the Oral-B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush through ChickAdvisor. This is now the chance for me to see if my dentist has been right all along!

The Oral-B comes with a charging stand, a toothbrush "handle" which has two settings: CLEAN and SENSITIVE, a standard sized pulsonic brush head, and a precision tip brush head. The handle itself is slim and lightweight.
I have been using this product now for over a week, and I love how clean my teeth feels after brushing. What I do is use the regular brush head withe the CLEAN setting and follow the timer which times you so that you give equal cleaning time for all four quadrants of your mouth (excellent idea!). After that, I switch over to the SENSITIVE setting and gently massage my gums for 10 seconds. It really stimulates the bloodflow to the area, and I think helps keep my gums healthy. Then I switch over to the precision brush head and use that to clean between my teeth. I end up with teeth that felt as if they just had a cleaning at the dentist. This is a good thing!

I am so impressed with the Oral-B that I have already gone and got one for my mom for Christmas. The price is a bit high at first look-$69.99. But if you look at it in terms of how much money you are saving by not needing to get expensive dental work done by using this and keeping your teeth and gums healthy, it's a bargain indeed!

I was sold when I received the packaging. The toothbrush is so sleek and modern. It is definitely not bulky or heavy at all. No batteries to replace either. Comes with it's own charger which is great.
Prior to using this brush I was using the old fashioned way of cleaning with a manual toothbrush. This brush gave me such a great and thorough cleaning that I am highly impressed. I definitely had the fresh out of the dentist office clean feel after using this Oral-B brush. Love how it has a 30 second timer that lets you know to move to a different section to brush. Also, it lets you know when thedentist recommended 2 minutes of brushing are done. My teeth definitely feel a lot smoother and cleaner after using it. They are brighter too. Overall my mouth feels super clean.
This is a great product and well worth the purchase. I will definitely be recommending it to everyone.

First off this toothbrush leaves your teeth a soft polished feeling like you came out of the dentist .

The mouth feels very clean , this toothbrush is powerful but the nice thing about it , is that it has 2 levels one that's sensitive. It's easy to use .The only thing that I've noticed is that if you hold it near the middle of the handle it turns off. What's great about it , is that you don't need batteries it has a base for charging it . The head cleans well and has a good size .It's also lightweight wich is great compared to other similar products.

So my overall opinion is that it's effective , leaves your teeth white so you get a nice smile : )
It's worth it. I would definitely recommend it to my friends !
