Orange Naturals Magnesium Sleep Support really helps me have a better night sleep. The clear capsules are larger than I expected but they are easy to swallow. I believe they help me fall asleep faster and I don’t wake up groggy. The label has really small print, though.

It works

I have been taking this supplement (which I got for free to review from @thisisbutterly). I’ve taken it nightly for the past week to see if my sleep improves. And so far I am very impressed.

I have been taking GABA and was told to start taking Magnesium when the universe brought this sample into my life. It was perfect timing.

I feel like I am falling asleep faster and staying asleep during the night, which is a life saver. Plus it’s a capsule, making it easy to swallow.

Amazing sleep

I received this product for free for my honest review. I took this each night before bed. It’s easy to swallow and no after taste. I fell asleep with ease and stayed asleep all night. I will buy again and I wil recommend to everyone.

I woke with a headache

I was given this product to test. I took one capsule before bed. I don’t think I fell asleep faster than usual, but I did wake up with a moderate headache in the morning.

Works decent but don't like relying on it even nig

These do what they are suppose to do and once in awhile they are helpful in falling asleep. However, I wouldn't rely on taking them every night to fall asleep.

Worth trying if you suffer from sleep problems

I received this free from the product review club. We haven't noticed much difference after taking this before the review was due. Perhaps we have to take it longer. But we do suffer from sleeping at night periodically so we were will to try anything. There were no side effects and easy to take.

Puts you to sleep!

I take magnesium regularly with my daily vitamins and I tend to take melatonin when I have trouble sleeping so having both in one seems like a great option! Me and my boyfriend both took one before bed and we’re out in about 5 mins which is unheard of for the both of us! We ended up sleeping 12 hours straight which was a shock to us as well, if I use these again I might even take half instead of a whole one so it definitely depends on the person but I really liked these and would purchase again.
