Helps get a good night sleep

We got this product free to try from Orange Naturals and Butterly. I know its made for kids, but both my daughter (who is 12) and I used this, and we both got a proper night's sleep with it. I was surprised too, cause usually most melatonin type things tend to leave us feeling groggy and still sleepy in the morning, but we've been using this for about a week now, and we have never slept so good in a long while. Also, when we wake up, we haven't felt groggy or anything. I still don't know if there is any long lasting effects, since like I said, its only been a little over a week we've been using it. But I definitely suggest trying this. Also, I don't know if its because of the magnesium, but my daughter hasn't been getting as much leg cramps as she was before we started taking these. I am for sure going to be looking for them to buy on my next shopping trip.

Awesome sleep

The Orange Naturals Magnesium sleep support is an awesome supplement for great sleep. I have 3 littles and sleep for me was lacking. Winding down for the night is sometimes hard after a long day. I take 1-2 Magnesium veg capsule (depending on the day) and I found I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Most mornings after taking the Magnesium sleep support I feel rested and ready for another day with the littles. Orange Naturals don't smell gross like most vitamins do. For thos specific product I found that there was no smell and the capsules are easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend this product!

Great supplement idea

I received this #orangenaturals free to try and review.
I already take Magnesium and Melatonin so finding them combined is great!
A lot more convenient to take this instead of 2 different pills.
Easy enough capsule to swallow. I have actually felt sleepy at bedtime after taking 2 for the last few days.
No side effects.

After receiving the magnesium sleep support, I found my kids were sleeping longer then they usually would. I think if they needed help sleeping this would be a great aid.

I love this combination of suppliements. At night I want Magnesium and it's so great to have it with GABA and other ingredients that help my body de-stress and relax. I will definitely consider re-purchasing this again in the future.
