Helps to fall asleep

I received a bottle of Orange Naturals Magnesium Sleep Support free of charge to try. I’ve tried taking one capsule before bed for the past 5 nights and it really has worked in helping me relax and fall asleep more quickly. The capsule is easy to swallow, with no flavour or scent. I was hoping this product would help me stay asleep through the night since I wake up around 2:30am (after going to bed at about 10:00), but the 4-1/2 hours of sleep are very restful.

One of the best I tried

I suffer from insomnia/horrible sleep. I usually average 3-5 hours. The second night taking this I got 7.5 hours (and the subsequent days following). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has sleep issues.

Helps to relax and get a better sleep

As a mom of three kids 4 and under I don’t tend to sleep well or able to relax in the evenings. This product helped relax me and have me an overall better sleep. Would be interested in trying other products this brand offers for adults.

I have been taking this supplement for a few nights now. I have noticed that I'm sleeping better and not walking up in the middle of the night. Also I feel more relaxed.

Quick, easy sleep

This magnesium sleep blend definitely works to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. However, I am finding that it also reduces deep sleep (for me, tracked per smart watch). The nights I've taken this supplement my tracker shows significantly less deep and rem sleep. Coincidence? I am not sure.
I will certainly recommend and will continue to use for the occassional night of restlessness, trouble falling asleep.

Great sleep aid

The smell coming from the caplets is amazing! As I already need magnesium in my diet I thought this would be a great addition. I had the most Amazing sleep in years! (Even with kids waking me!) I feel so rested, I would definitely recommend this!
