Helps

Due to my child being young, I had to pull apart the capsules and mix in their water around dinner time. The supplement was mixed with water and my child did drink it for the most part. I did not try it directly at the time. They seemed to be drowsy for the most part but still got up in the night. It's been day four so maybe we just need more time. The citrus smell is strong! I am still in the process of trying the other product with my autistic child. I find that the product is easy to use but it's up to my child's mood at the time on whether they would like to try it unfortunately. I believe these products do have potential and that it is nice to see a children's supplement.

Was very happy to get chosen for this campaign! I took one pill before I went to sleep and it worked really well! I was a bit skeptic at first but now after trying it I’m totally recommend it! In one pill you get Magnesium and a good night sleep

Off to dream land!

This is an all in one for dream land! I was previously taking a magnesium supplement and melatonin separately, this is much better! The fact that there is GABA in here too is great. All three of these help to shut down excessive thinking before bed. Really recommend this for anyone who is looking for a good sleep aid that is safe!

Great sleep helper

I’ve taken melatonin before when pregnant; and I take magnesium to help with migraines. So this combination is ideal! It actual helped calm my mind which I find so hard to do usually

It’s alright

The product itself is alright. I’m unsure if the magnesium and sleeping support together . Not sure if it helped my sleep. Tastes alright. It’s an okay product.

Not for me.

I was so excited to try these out, as I had heard Magnesium was helpful for restlessness. Unfortunately I haven't felt any different at night, in fact I've been awake much later than normal and have difficulty staying asleep. I'm going to give them another week or so but I think it's a pass for me.

Great supplement for light sleepers/ insomnia

As someone who is a very light sleeper and struggles with getting sufficient sleep this is a fantastic supplement. I much prefer these over regular melatonin pills I have been taking long term as these seem to help relax and ease into a good night sleep and unlike regular melatonin I do not experience fatigue the next morning. Highly recommend trying!

It was my first time taking a product containing melatonin to have a more restful sleep. I took one capsule to start and slept well through the night. I did however feel somewhat foggy at waking so i am not sure if it would be something I use again unless i know i can get at least 8 hours sleep. Again the packaging was bright and there was no taste of capsule, I would recommend larger print on bottle if possible and even child proof packaging for safety.
