Loved this natural product to help me with getting to sleep easily I have always struggled with getting to sleep and never liked to take prescriptions to help me sleep!!!

Helps in falling asleep quicker

I did notice a positive change in the time it takes for me to fall asleep. I am sure it's me and not the vitamins, but I still woke up only after 5 hours of sleep as it was with the previous sleeping aid I was using.

I am 20 weeks pregnant and I’ve been taking this for a whole. It has helped me relax my muscles and helped me sleep throughout the night. I suffer from leg cramps while pregnant and this has helped me and improved my leg cramps every night. I would recommend taking this if you have troubles sleeping or falling asleep or have leg cramps at night.

Helps me fall asleep faster

I got this for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I don’t sleep well, never have. I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Thsi helped me fall asleep faster but I didn’t see any change as far as staying asleep. I will continue using it and see if that changes.
