I definitely noticed this worked as advertised. I wouldn't say it's top shelf or better than other brands.. in fact I had a tough time finding it in stores. All in all good if convenient to you :)

If you know me, you know I am a horrible sleeper! I’ve recently been using melatonin and magnesium to help me sleep. I was so excited to try a product that has both products in one! I’ve been taking this for a week and although I still wake up, I’m able to go right back to sleep! I don’t wake up groggy (except on mornings that I work at 4- but let’s be honest- I’d be groggy no matter what!)

I like that the products are combined in one, easy to swallow pill! And if you can’t take Magnesium sue to it’s side affects I’ve experienced no issues with this product!

I was very skeptical about taking it initially but desided to give it a go because it contained natural ingrediants and non addictive.I had a good night sleep and the best part is that when I woke up in the morning I did not wake up with a bad taste in my mouth like other products made me feel. Will definitely use this product regularly

It works with no side effects

I've been using this supplement for some time now and will continue to so so. No side effects and like it for better quality of sleep. the front bottle label indicating 'magnesium glycinate', this product actually contains a 'blend' including magnesium oxide. Still a good product, will continue to use. Thank you!

A Great Way To Get Magnesium

These capsules were the perfect way to make sure I was getting my daily magnesium. I liked that they were designed to help improve sleep quality, and took one a night after supper to help me fall asleep quicker. The addition of melatonin and GABA made them perfect for nights when I was feeling restless. A great natural sleep solution that also provides much-needed magnesium for my body.

Good product

Used the product for a couple of weeks and found it worked well to assist with a good night's sleep. Fell asleep comfortably without feeling groggy. Take magnesium already and found this was a good product with dual purpose.

Orange naturals magnesium sleep support is great so far! I wake up feeling rested and fall asleep faster, I tried to stay up on my phone like I do other nights but my eyes were heavier and I fell asleep faster and without trouble!
