Magnesium

I have tried this item for the last few days and it has really helped my sleep. I seem to sleep more peaceful and wake up rested. The pills are rather large though. They should definitely be about half the size.

Restful nights ahead!

After trying the Magnesium sleep support for a week, I added 2 hours onto my usual 6 hours nights. This is impactful for me because I have suffered with insomnia and anxiety before. I am pleased to find a natural way to combat an issues that millions of us face every day. I hope to continue seeing results in the future.

It helps me fall asleep!

The Magnesium Sleep Support is in forms of tablets, quite slightly too big to my liking but it does help me dose off at night. So it does the job for me. It has GABA and melatonin as well.
I recommend it. I honestly have not looked if it is available near me, nor what the price point is.

Orange

Sleep support without feeling groggy the next morning I will definitely use again because I have restless legs at night and really need a good night's sleep.

Generally not a believer in all natural sleep aids, but I did find that this helped with muscle cramps/Charlie horse attacks so I guess it did make for a more restful sleep after a few weeks of taking. It’s alright

The product itself is alright. I’m unsure if the magnesium and sleeping support together . Not sure if it helped my sleep. Tastes alright. It’s an okay product.

It was my first time taking a product containing melatonin to have a more restful sleep. I took one capsule to start and slept well through the night. I did however feel somewhat foggy at waking so i am not sure if it would be something I use again unless i know i can get at least 8 hours sleep. Again the packaging was bright and there was no taste of capsule, I would recommend larger print on bottle if possible and even child proof packaging for safety.

Easy to take

My friend whom I gave them to said they worked very well for her. She followed the directions on the package and it helped her fall asleep. The pills are easy to swallow.

Great sleep aid

Recieved product free from chickadvisor. I always have trouble falling asleep as my mind never wants to shut off and this was the perfect solution. The capsules are quite large if you have trouble swallowing pills but the product worked. I took it an hour before bed and was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow

Magnesium

I’ve taken lots of magnesium products before to aid in sleep that never seemed to work but this one does! It’s added melatonin really helps with the added sleep. I would highly suggest taking these about an hour before bed. They truly are a great addition to aiding in sleep.
