Great Rainy Day Activity

Orbeez Color Meez Activity Kit was a great activity for my seven year old daughter. The kit comes with everything you need to make colorful Orbeez that are fun to squeeze, roll and squish. There is one bottle full of ready to color Orbeez and an empty bottle that is great for starting making your Orbeez while coloring the other bottle. This activity is super easy to do and the instructions are very well written, and include images which is great for visual learners! My daughter was so excited to make her first batch, but she was sad thinking that the blue was going to be too dark. I recommended that she just use half the amount and she was so excited with the results. She already has big plans for her next batch of Orbeez.

My daughter really enjoyed Orbeez Color Meez Activity Kit. She was so excited to see to orbeez grow. This was a fun activity to do as a family our only complaint would be stronger color pigment, we had to add food coloring to achieve the desired look. This was a fun activity was buy!

Fun sensory play

My children (4 and 7) loved the Orbeez. It is a toy they've seen on YouTube channels and has asked about but I was worried about mess. We had a bin to put them all in which made it virtually mess free. Steps were easy to follow to color orbeez and my daughter, the artist. Really enjoyed choosing and mixing the colors. My son needs adventure, and so he loved using the bin to hide trucks and cars and find them like a treasure hunt. I love that there were so many ways to play, and that each child used them in their own way. I received this product for free to try, but will definitely be adding more colors to our collection soon

Fun for all ages

My children loved playing with these Orbeez. The kit came with one tube of already grown Orbeez, 2 packets of Orbeez to grow and 3 dye colors. The directions are step by step easy to follow. We added blue and red to make purple. At first it wasn’t absorbing into the Orbeez and was just staining my child’s hands. So we waited overnight and all the dye was absorbed and ready to play with. It was fun for my children to experiment with making their own color of Orbeez and growing them. The kit also comes with 2 packets of ungrown Orbeez. Those took about 4 hours to be fully grown.

Time consuming but overall fun

My kids enjoyed these a lot. There are two bottles that come with this, which was perfect for my two girls. One bottle already had beads that were grown. You could use the other bottle to grow a pack of beads. It took about 4 hours for the beads to grow. My girls really enjoyed playing with the grown beads as they have a wet and slippery feel to them. I didn't really like that the beads were constantly wet, as I felt like it would mess up whatever surface they were playing on. Therefore, I make my girls play with these only in a bin or bucket. To color these beads was easy enough, but I found that when I shook the bottle of beads that were already grown, the ink came out of the cap a little. I ended up having to take out half of the beads and only doing it with a half full container so this wouldn't happen. It definitely is a long process to do these, as there's a lot of waiting in between. But overall this was a fun activity for my girls. I probably wouldn't buy these again, as I'm not a huge fan of how wet they were.
