This product is a dream for someone like me with no upper arm strength. It's extremely easy to use. Just place on top of the meat, push down and voila the 48 blades leave little cuts that tenderise your meat and all the spice and marinades to work their way inside the cut. A great tool for someone who has little arm strength or minor mobility issues.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL with this tool. It is well-made and extremely sharp. DO NOT push on it when it's on your hand as the blades come out of the slits in the bottom and will do you serious damage. Make sure to put the cover back on every time for safety's sake. This is a professional kitchen tool and should be kept out of the reach of children!
