These are a very good pair of kitchen scissors that can be used exclusively as poultry shears for raw chicken, thus decreasing the risk of cross contamination by mixing up your cutting utensils.

They also have some neat features. Like the fact that it comes with a sheath that protect the blades and stop you from cutting yourself if you store it in a drawer, but it also has a magnet on it, meaning that you can hang it on your fridge or a magnetic strip. I would like to see the magnet be stronger as it isn't magnetic enough to stick to the side of my fridge, without the weight pulling it down, reducing the places I can hang it.

The shears also come apart for east cleaning, this is really cool and allows you to get them totally clean where no chicken juice can get stuck in the crevices. However it also means that when you open the scissors really wide, they feel more flimsy, so I'd like to see it adjusted to a wider point to make the blades steadier.

Apart from those small flaws these are really a great pair of sharp, handy scissors, with a couple of little attachments in one to reduce kitchen clutter. If the magnet and spread of the blades could be improved, these would be a five star rating for sure!

Cons:

-Magnet not strong enough to hold on the side of a fridge, which is an accessible unused space in many kitchens.
- The blades aren't as steady if you need to open them wide, due to the separation feature.
