100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
J'ai commandé le mien en bleu et j'ai aimé la qualité du silicone. Il est asser grand pour une louche des qu'il est sale on peut le mettre directement au lave-vaisselle, il ressort comme un neuf.
These silicone spoon rests are bright and colourful – adding a touch of life to the kitchen, office, or wherever they are required.
The blue one is my favourite colour, and it sits at my work desk for my tea diffuser piggy ball – this helps me both keep my desk clean and avoids the use of paper towels to soak up the tea leaf juices after it is removed. It is also a LOT more attractive than a piece of brown paper towel.
They are made of a medium thickness heat resilient silicone, and are floppy when not on a flat surface. Once in place (on a surface), they have been a great kitchen tool to hold spoons, spatulas, and cutlery – helping keep the stove and countertops clean from goop as I am cooking.
I recommend keeping your hand underneath the spoon if you are moving it with something in it – as it cannot support the weight otherwise, and you`ll end up dropping whatever was in it.
The surface is about as large as the palm of my hand, so only the spatulas sit over the edges of the spoon.
There is also a handy hanging hole if that is how you want to store them – I prefer just leaving them in place, and replacing them as they are soiled from use.
Cleaning-wise, they easily come clean with soap and water – and I have not noticed any scratches or wear and tear from either use or cleaning.
I have used pasta sauce and other harsher ingredients that generally stain our plastic containers, however, so far no stains have been noticed on these silicone spoons as of yet!
So, overall, I am yet again impressed by another quality product from OrBlue, and definitely recommend these for yourself or anyone who cooks (or drinks tea)

Spoon rests are one of those things that you don't realise you need until you start cooking. And if like me you're using whatever empty tin can you have lying around, well it's time to bite the bullet and just buy some.
These ones by Orblue are a pretty good choice. I'm not entirely sure you'd need four, although you could always put them aside for use with different meats etc., but I don't really feel that's necessary since you wash a spoon rest afterwards anyway. Love the colors, just by random happenstance the lime green perfectly matches my dish drying rack, but the blue is definitely my second favourite.
They are made of a slightly flexible silicone and the the handle has a divot in it to help support the spoon. When I first picked them up I actually wished they were a little more firm, but after testing them with a wooden spoon, they do a fine job, that's more of a personal preference.
The downside of silicone is it does have a tendency to get a little dusty, but if that happens just run them under some hot water. I would recommend hanging them when not in use (you can use a command style hook on the tiles and then it's in easy reach) to prevent too much dust.
The benefit of silicone is the lightweight and the fact that it can stand such high temperatures, so there's no risk of melting it with a too-hot spoon. These rests are a great size and could easily hold the largest cooking utensils. Definitely great value for the amount of spoon rests you get.
