Easy to clean

I hate wasting aluminum foil when cooking on the grill. It causes your food to sit in it's grease while cooking, and it's wasteful. By using this stainless steel pan the grease can drip off things like my hamburgers and it's reusable. Because it's stainless steel I don't worry it will rust, and it's very easy to clean. It's a very nice size so you can fit quite a bit on it. I also like that it has handles on the ends making it easy to pick up with grilling gloves and carry into the house with the food still on it leaving me without needing a separate platter to carry food.
